Agreement and scope
These Website and Demonstration Terms (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Pacorda, Inc.. References to “Pacorda,” “we,” “us,” and “our” in these Terms mean Pacorda, Inc..
These Terms govern the public website, inquiry and access-request forms, synthetic product tours, demonstration workspaces, and related communications. By using them, you accept these Terms personally and, if applicable, for the organization you are authorized to represent.
Production services require an executed master services agreement or platform agreement, order form, applicable payment-services terms, data-processing terms, implementation documents, and financial-provider terms. Those executed agreements control over these Terms for production services.
Eligibility and authority
You must have legal capacity to accept these Terms and must be authorized to act for any organization identified in a request. Pacorda is designed for legitimate enterprise evaluation and authorized business use, not for minors or personal consumer banking.
Payment-services scope
Pacorda provides the customer-facing enterprise payment-processing service and manages the transaction lifecycle from authorization and compliance controls through collection, supplier payment, settlement, reconciliation, and ERP confirmation. Production access and authority arise only under executed agreements and approved account configuration.
Regulated financial infrastructure supporting a payment may include financial institutions, payment networks, foreign-exchange services, and other specialized service providers operating under applicable agreements and rules. Their participation does not change Pacorda’s responsibility for operating the Pacorda service within its contractual scope.
Authorization, compliance approval, processing, collection, supplier payment, settlement, reconciliation, and ERP confirmation are distinct states. Pacorda displays the state supported by current transaction evidence; a later return, reversal, correction, or ERP event is recorded separately.
Enterprise account requests
An access request is an expression of interest only. We may accept, decline, pause, prioritize, or request additional information at our discretion, subject to applicable law. We may verify the requesting organization, representative, authority, intended use, payment scope, financial partners, and compliance considerations before provisioning access.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information and promptly correct material inaccuracies. You may not impersonate another person or company or request access without authority.
Demonstration environments
Demonstration environments use fictional or synthetic companies, people, accounts, invoices, rates, transactions, controls, and outcomes. They do not process money, connect to production banks, or represent a commitment that every illustrated capability is immediately available in every jurisdiction or implementation.
Private demonstration links may be limited, monitored, revoked, or allowed to expire. You may not share a private link beyond authorized colleagues, submit real credentials or sensitive production data, or attempt to convert a demonstration into an operational service.
Demo authentication
Publicly disclosed demo usernames, passwords, QR codes, authenticator secrets, and device-local sessions exist only to demonstrate user experience. They are not production credentials and must not be reused for other systems.
Production authentication requires separately provisioned identities and approved security controls. We may change or discontinue demonstration credentials without notice.
Permitted use
We grant a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access public materials and authorized demonstrations solely to evaluate Pacorda for legitimate enterprise purposes. No other license is granted by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.
Prohibited conduct
You may not use the website or demonstrations for unlawful activity, fraud, deception, sanctions evasion, money laundering, account takeover, credential theft, malware, denial of service, unauthorized security testing, scraping that disrupts service, competitive reconstruction, circumvention of controls, or infringement of another party’s rights.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, derive source code, discover nonpublic interfaces, test stolen credentials, probe for vulnerabilities without written authorization, or use information obtained from Pacorda to build a confusingly similar service.
Security responsibilities
You are responsible for safeguarding devices, browsers, email accounts, credentials, authenticator applications, and access links under your control. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to a private demonstration or communication.

Intellectual property and license
Certain Pacorda™ trademarks, software, technology, architecture, and related intellectual property are owned by StreamLnk Technologies Inc. and licensed to Pacorda, Inc. Those rights, together with Pacorda software, source and object code, APIs, workflows, interfaces, documentation, designs, domains, trademarks, and logos, are protected under applicable intellectual-property law.
Subject to these Terms, Pacorda grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access authorized public and demonstration surfaces solely for legitimate enterprise evaluation. No ownership transfers and no license is granted by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.
Feedback may be used by Pacorda and its affiliates without restriction or obligation unless an executed agreement states otherwise. You must not submit feedback you are not authorized to provide.
Confidentiality and public materials
Public website content is not confidential. Materials provided under a nondisclosure agreement, private implementation review, security assessment, or marked confidential remain subject to the applicable agreement. Access to a private demonstration does not authorize disclosure of nonpublic materials.
Third-party services
Links, integrations, banks, networks, FX providers, verification providers, and other third parties may have their own terms, eligibility requirements, availability, security practices, and privacy notices. We do not control independent third-party services and are not responsible for their separate acts or omissions.
No professional advice or reliance
Website content is general product information and is not legal, tax, accounting, investment, compliance, cybersecurity, sanctions, banking, or financial advice. You must obtain qualified advice and independently evaluate regulatory, financial, technical, and operational requirements.
Illustrative rates, fees, times, volumes, outcomes, controls, and metrics are synthetic unless expressly identified otherwise and must not be used for financial decisions.
Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue public content or demonstrations and may correct errors at any time. Product availability depends on the final approved scope and may differ by customer, provider, currency, payment method, and jurisdiction.
Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PUBLIC WEBSITE CONTENT AND DEMONSTRATIONS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” PACORDA, INC. AND ITS AFFILIATES AND LICENSORS DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, AND SECURITY.
We do not warrant that public surfaces will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device, free from harmful components, or suitable for a particular regulated use. These disclaimers do not override warranties expressly stated in an executed production agreement.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PACORDA, INC. AND ITS AFFILIATES, PERSONNEL, LICENSORS, AND PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES; LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY; OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM RELIANCE ON SYNTHETIC DEMONSTRATION CONTENT.
For claims arising solely from free public website or demonstration use, aggregate liability will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars, except where a limitation is prohibited by law. Production-service liability is governed exclusively by the executed customer agreement.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify Pacorda, Inc. and its affiliates from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use, violation of these Terms, infringement of rights, unauthorized data submission, or misrepresentation of authority. This obligation does not apply to the extent caused by an indemnified party’s own unlawful conduct.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access to public or private demonstrations when we reasonably believe use creates security, legal, reputational, operational, or financial risk; violates these Terms; threatens another party; or interferes with the service. Provisions intended by their nature to survive will remain effective.
Export controls and sanctions
You may not access or use Pacorda in violation of export-control, sanctions, anti-boycott, anti-money-laundering, or similar laws. Availability in a location does not mean every service is authorized there.
Governing law and venue
Unless an executed agreement provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, excluding conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in Travis County, Texas will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes concerning these public surfaces, except where applicable law requires another forum.
Changes, severability, and entire agreement
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue.
These Terms, together with linked public policies, are the entire agreement concerning the public website and demonstrations. They do not modify an executed enterprise agreement.
