Our commitment
Pacorda, Inc. is committed to making Pacorda’s public website and enterprise experiences usable by people with disabilities. We consider accessibility in design, content, development, testing, support, procurement, and ongoing improvement.
Accessibility target
Our design and engineering program works toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA for Pacorda-controlled web content. This is an improvement target, not a representation that every page, document, integration, or third-party service is currently certified or free of barriers.
Design approach
We work toward clear headings, logical reading order, keyboard navigation, visible focus, labeled controls, sufficient contrast, responsive layouts, meaningful status messages, reduced-motion support, and alternatives for visual information.
Compatible use
The website is designed to work across current desktop and mobile browsers, tablets, screen magnification, keyboard-only navigation, and commonly used assistive technologies. Results may vary with device, browser, and assistive-technology combinations.
Authentication accessibility
Sign-in and authenticator experiences include labeled fields, keyboard-operable controls, status messages, manual authenticator setup keys, and responsive layouts. Enterprise customers should provide accessible identity-provider and support processes under their control.
Known limitations
Complex financial tables, third-party content, generated documents, or provider-hosted experiences may present limitations. We work to identify and address material barriers and coordinate with relevant providers when the limitation is outside our direct control.
Requesting assistance
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, contact [email protected] with the page, device, browser, assistive technology, and problem encountered. Do not include passwords, authenticator codes, or sensitive payment information.
Alternative formats
Where reasonably available, we can provide public information in an alternative format or help identify another accessible method for completing a non-payment website action.
Continuous improvement
Accessibility is an ongoing responsibility. We may update components, content, testing practices, and support procedures as standards, technologies, and user needs evolve.
