Last updated September 4, 2026Depending on your location, relationship to Pacorda, and applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, an appeal, withdrawal of consent, information about disclosures, or review of certain automated decisions. Legal exceptions, security controls, enterprise instructions, financial-record duties, and the rights of others may limit a request.
Use the Cookie settings control displayed on the website to choose essential-only use or permit optional functional and analytics categories. The current site does not use sensitive financial information, authentication information, or payment transaction data for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Preferences are stored on the browser and device where selected. Clearing storage or changing devices may require a new choice.
If your information was submitted by an employer, customer, supplier, or other enterprise using Pacorda, that enterprise may control the data. We may forward or direct your request to that enterprise and assist it under the applicable agreement.
Email [email protected] with “Privacy Request” in the subject line and identify your name, business contact information, jurisdiction, relationship to Pacorda, relevant enterprise, and the right you wish to exercise. Provide only the information reasonably necessary to locate and verify the request.
Do not email passwords, authenticator codes, full bank-account numbers, government-identification images, or sensitive payment instructions. If additional verification is required, Pacorda will provide an appropriate secure method.
Pacorda verifies identity and authority in a manner proportionate to the sensitivity and risk of the request. An authorized agent may need to provide signed authority or other legally sufficient evidence, and Pacorda may confirm the request directly with the individual.
Pacorda will respond within the period required by applicable law, including any permitted extension. If a request is denied in whole or part, the response will explain the basis where required and provide an appeal method when applicable.
Pacorda will not discriminate against an individual for exercising an applicable privacy right. A request does not prevent Pacorda from retaining or processing information required for security, fraud prevention, legal claims, financial records, contracts, or other lawful exceptions.
Banks, payment processors, networks, and other independent financial providers may act under their own privacy obligations. Requests concerning information they independently control must be directed to the relevant provider using its privacy notice.
