How Pacorda uses essential and optional browser technologies and how visitors can control their choices.

Production applications may use additional strictly necessary technologies governed by customer agreements and in-product notices.
Cookies are small data files placed on a browser or device. Local storage can retain device-specific preferences or temporary demo state. Pixels and tags can measure whether content or communications are accessed. Similar technologies may help route traffic, protect sessions, remember choices, diagnose errors, or understand aggregate use.
Essential technologies support security, fraud prevention, traffic routing, load balancing, accessibility, session continuity, consent records, form protection, and requested features. Security and consent logs may include IP address, an IP-derived approximate location, network and request identifiers, user agent, browser, operating system, device class, language, time zone, page, timestamp, and a random browser identifier. These technologies are used because the website cannot operate reliably or safely without them.
Blocking essential technologies may prevent sign-in demonstrations, authenticator enrollment, cookie-preference storage, private-link validation, or other requested functions.
Functional technologies remember optional preferences such as interface choices, demonstration progress, or previously entered non-sensitive settings. Where required, they are used only after permission.
Demo authenticator enrollment is stored locally on the device for demonstration purposes and is not a production credential.
The current preference control allows a visitor to grant or deny analytics permission, but that preference does not mean an analytics provider is deployed. If analytics is activated, it may help us understand aggregate traffic, campaign and referring source, page use, screen and viewport size, device compatibility, performance, and navigation.
Where consent is required, analytics remains disabled until permission is granted. If analytics is declined, Pacorda does not collect optional campaign, referrer, screen, viewport, hardware-capability, or behavioral navigation details through this consent event. Analytics must not receive passwords, authenticator codes, full bank information, or production payment details.
Pacorda does not currently use sensitive financial information, authentication information, or payment transaction data for cross-context behavioral advertising. If advertising technology is introduced, required notices and opt-out choices will be provided before legally regulated use.
Professional emails may use delivery and security information to confirm successful transmission, detect abuse, or understand whether a requested enterprise communication was accessed. Such processing is limited to legitimate business communications and applicable choices.
The website preference panel allows visitors to choose essential-only use, accept optional categories, or configure preferences. Essential technologies cannot be disabled through the panel because they are required for requested operation and security.
Pacorda records the selection, policy version, date and time, page, security context, and an anonymous browser identifier so the choice can be audited. A cookie choice does not identify the visitor by name, reveal a reliable personal identity, or provide contact details unless the visitor separately signs in or submits identifying information.
Preferences are browser- and device-specific. Clearing browser data, using private browsing, or changing devices may reset them.
Most browsers allow users to block, delete, or limit cookies. Browser settings may affect website functionality. Where legally required and technically applicable, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals for regulated sale, sharing, or targeted advertising.
Technology lifetimes vary by purpose. Session technologies may expire when the browser closes. Preference records may remain until deleted or replaced. Security and consent records may be retained longer when reasonably necessary to demonstrate compliance, prevent abuse, or investigate incidents.
Infrastructure, security, communications, or analytics providers may set or read technologies when they perform services for Pacorda. Their activities are governed by contracts and, where independent, their own notices. We evaluate deployed providers in light of purpose, information sensitivity, and legal requirements.
We may update this notice when technologies, providers, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be reflected in the updated date and, where required, in the preference experience.
